Please note that all Belaraj clothing is produced on demand by our fulfillment center and will require 3-7 business days to create. Fulfillment time and shipping time are independent of each other.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Orders can not be returned/exchanged unless there is a defect. Please check sizing guide closely to ensure you are ordering the right size/fit! Thanks for understanding!
Orders may be split if certain items are delayed due to availability or backlogs so as to minimize inconvenience. Some orders may be split into more than one package depending on size/content.
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days before shipping. Shipping MAY take up to 7-14 business days.
Belaraj isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Belaraj does not hold responsibility for package that state have been delivered or listed as untraceable.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
